Abstract
ABSTRACT Umrah Service Information System located at PT. Fio Amanah Perdana was formed to improve services in serving Umrah pilgrims. PT. Fio Amanah Perdana has a lot of data on Umrah pilgrims that need to be managed, such as the payment process which is still done manually. The business process carried out by PT. Fio Amanah Perdana is a system where the admin manually inputs data into the system such as for example congregation data registration, package data and financial reports. The purpose of this research is to overcome these problems by designing the implementation of a web-based Umrah service system so that it is better integrated and organized by utilizing information technology that has developed rapidly. The design of this system is made using PHP language, and MYSQL database. The methodology in this research is to collect data related to the problems to be studied. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained that will implement the Umrah travel information system at PT. Fio Amanah Perdana can be used as a good solution to improve the quality of service. Keywords: Information Systems, Umrah, PHP, MYSQL
