Abstract
ABSTRACT The water bill payment system and registration for the opening of new water channels in Pesagen village still use the conventional system, so the admin still records them in the journal book at the time of the year-end report, new reports are transferred to Ms Excel and customers sometimes have difficulty getting information about monthly payments and installing water connections new. The payment process also tends to be slow, because data is not well integrated and managed. This process also still uses archives in physical form that are vulnerable to damage or even loss. To be able to solve the problems that occur in the water payment system in the village of Pesagen, a Web-based Water Account Payment System application was designed and developed. The method used for the development of administrative systems uses the waterfall model by performing system design sequentially. The final result of the design and construction of this system is the existence of an application that can make it easy for the admin to collect data on water bill payments, recap monthly and annual water bill payments, and provide information to customers about payment and registration of new water connections so that the administrative process becomes more effective and efficient Keywords : Payment system, water bills, web.
