Abstract
BAB VIII ABSTRACT D.I Yogyakarta Province is a student area and many students live from outside the region and even abroad. In Yogyakarta, many campuses are the best and are in demand by prospective students, so many choose to study in Yogyakarta. For trips to campus, students generally use motorbikes or cars. Students use their own vehicles. Most of those who study in Yogyakarta are lazy to go to the repair shop to repair or just check their vehicles. On the other hand, there are also many small workshops in Yogyakarta that are still not selling well or are not competitive with other workshops which are much bigger and more complete. Most of these small workshops only rely on service as a mainstay in the operation of their workshops. Therefore, to simplify and change the situation, an application is needed that makes it easier for all the needs for vehicle maintenance or periodically checking students' vehicles or to increase the income of small, less competitive workshops. For this reason, through the design and manufacture of online motorbike and car repair service applications, it can help them, both lazy and busy students, to repair vehicles or small workshops that are less competitive in the Yogyakarta area. This application is made based on android which can make it easier for them to use it. The software used in building this application is Android Studio, Sublime and My SQL as the database server. This online motorcycle and car workshop service application is an application that helps users to get motorbike and car repair services in the Yogyakarta area. This application also provides information about the workshop in the form of the name of the workshop, the type of workshop, and its services.
