Abstract
ABSTRACT BP-SPAMS Tirto Agung Muyo is an agency that manages boreholes provided by the Government of Indonesia through PAMSIMAS (Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation) in Sumbermulyo Village, Tlogowungu District, Pati Regency. The people can use the drill well, but every month they have to pay for water usage for maintenance and other things. The process of recording the water meter is carried out by BP-SPAMS Tirto Agung Mulyo by visiting each customer's house at the beginning of the month. Meanwhile, payment for water use is paid directly to BP-SPAMS Tirto Agung Mulyo, who has the responsibility for managing finances. It is less effective and there are many mistakes on the water bill. Therefore, the authors made an Android-based billing and payment application for water use to help process bills and payments for water use at BP-SPAMS Tirto Agung Mulyo to make it easier and more transparent. The application utilizes Google Cloud Vision to process water meter images into numbers so that they can be processed into water usage bills.
