Abstract
BAB IX ABSTRACT PT. BPR BKK Cilacap is a bank owned by the Regional Government of Cilacap Regency and Central Java Province which is engaged in the credit or public loan sector. PT. BPR BKK Cilacap has an important role in providing funds in the form of credit loans. In the loan disbursement flow procedure, there are often several errors and process irregularities that can lead to bad loans or bad loans. These mistakes can harm both the company and the customers themselves. The problem faced is that it is difficult to determine whether a loan is approved or not due to having to check many files and customer loan history. Therefore, to solve the above problems, we need a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This decision support system was built using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database. The results of this study are expected to help provide a decision on the feasibility of providing loans to PT. BPR BKK Cilacap. Keywords : PT.
