Abstract
ABSTRACT SMA Negeri 1 Sleman has a long history because it was founded in 1963. SMA Negeri 1 Sleman is located at Jl. Magelang Km.14 Medari, Jetis, Caturharjo, Sleman District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. To assist officers in supervising students and as material for school evaluation and dealing with violations committed by students at school, a complaint and student violation is needed using the MongoDB NoSQL Database. SMA Negeri 1 Sleman provides a forum for students as material for school evaluation in advancing schools in many ways such as facilities and infrastructure, human resources, services and others. In addition, student violation points are also calculated as a form of handling student discipline against existing rules in school. Thus, an application is needed that can assist officers in evaluating problems at school and simplifying the handling of students when they commit violations. Applications created using PHP and MongoDB as DBMS. The design of this system will produce applications that help evaluate problems in school and facilitate the handling of students when they commit violations. This system also aims to accommodate complaints from students regarding schools so that in the future the school will be better. Keywords: Complaints Service System, Student Violations, NoSQL
