Abstract
ABSTRACT The South Buru Regent’s Office is a government agency located in the South Buru area, Namrole District. The financial sector and the employee data management process is still using Microsoft Excel so this is not effective in terms of time and data retrieval, therefore the author chose to make a design. The employee data management system uses a database server with system development tools such as flowcharts, ERD (Entity Relantionship Diagram) are used, as well as using the CSharp programming language using the SQL Server dtabase. The technique in data collection using filed studies consisting of direct observation (observation) and interviews and literature studies, in this study resulted in an employee data processing system using a database server based on the implementation and testing carried out on users and can process data quickly, accurately and afficient.
