Abstract
ABSTRACT In selecting a used car, several criteria are needed which are used as a reference in choosing, including engine, body, interior, type of fuel, documents, taxes, and price. These criteria are considerations for buying a suitable and good used car. The difficulty in choosing a used car needs to be rationale so that you don't choose one. Therefore, the creation of this system is expected to provide a solution in choosing a used car. Based on the calculation of the assessment criteria factors proposed to the system, the determination of used cars is obtained through the calculation of priority weight values for the selection of used car alternatives. The criteria obtained from previous research, some respondents who want to choose a used car, from these criteria will be broken down to get sub-criteria. For example, in the criteria the body has sub-criteria Very smooth, quite smooth, moderate abrasions, severe blisters. Sub-criteria are given weight. Having alternative data by providing a value to the subject in the form of a car, the results of this will be continued with normalization.
