Abstract
ABSTRACT In everyday life, venereal disease is a phenomenon that is often found in society. Patients with venereal disease will continue to increase over time. Among the causes of this disease increase is ignorance or lack of information about the early symptoms of the cause and transmission. In addition, the reluctance of people to consult directly with doctors is due to fear of being perceived as a person with venereal disease or feeling awkward about their privacy. For this reason, it is necessary to build a system that can diagnose venereal diseases to find out earlier about venereal diseases. The research stages used in this research process begin with data collection, analysis, design and design, implementation, and then system testing. Based on the test results, the results obtained were 100% of the expert system functionality for diagnosing venereal diseases using the certainty factor method according to the list of system requirements.
