Abstract
Abstrak PT Petrogas Prima Servis merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa perbaikan pemeliharaan serta pewaratan tabung LPG 3 kg yang bekerja sama dengan PT Pertamina. Dimana diharapkan dengan adanya perbaikan dan perawatan tabung LPG 3 kg yang meliputi pekerjaan repair, retest, repaint dan penggantian valve annealing. Dalam analisis perbandingan pengukuran produktivitas, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Marvin E. Mundel untuk menghitung tingkat produktivitas kerja secara kesulurahan pada lantai produksi, dimana nilai yang berpengaruh yaitu, bahan baku, waktu kerja, kosumsi energi dan pengguaan mesin. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui masalah menurun atau meningkatnya produktivitas perusahaan selama tahun 2019. Rasio yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penurunan produktivitas pada PT Petrogas Prima Services adalah R2 yang merupakan tingkat pengaruh pemakaian listrik. Dengan angka peningkatan produktivitas 10,64% sementara batas minimal 75% dari jumlah periode. Sedangkan indeks total produktivitas yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel dilihat dari fluktuasi tertinggi bulan Juni 1,49% sedangkan yang terendah bulan Agustus -1,21%. Kata Kunci : Pengukuran, Produktivitas, Objective Matrix, dan Marvin E.Mundel Abstract PT Petrogas Prima Servis is a company engaged in the maintenance and maintenance of 3 kg LPG cylinders in collaboration with PT Pertamina. Where it is expected that with the repair and maintenance of the 3 kg LPG tube which includes repair, retest, repaint and replacement of the annealing valve. In the comparative analysis of productivity measurements, this study uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Marvin E. Mundel method to calculate the level of work productivity in an integrated manner on the production floor, where the influential values are raw materials, working time, energy consumption and machine use. The aim is to determine the problem of decreasing or increasing company productivity during 2019. The ratio that most influences the decrease in productivity at PT Petrogas Prima Services is R2 which is the level of influence of electricity consumption. With a productivity increase rate of 10.64% while the minimum limit is 75% of the total period. While the total productivity index that has been achieved by the company uses the Marvin E. Mundel method seen from the highest fluctuation in June 1.49% while the lowest was in August -1.21%. Keywords: Measurement, Productivity, Objective Matrix, and Marvin E. Bundel
