Abstract
WEB-BASED STUDENT FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SMK TAMAN KARYA MADYA TEKNIK KEBUMEN MUHAMMAD KHANIFUDIN Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. North Ringroad Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : khanifudinmuhammad@gmail.com ABSTRACT Management of student financial administration at SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen includes payment of building fees, re-registration fees, monthly Tuition Fee (SPP), practice fees, Mid-Semester Examination fees (UTS) and End Semester Learning Evaluation (EBAS) fees. The process of paying school administration fees is still done in writing with storage media which are still in the form of physical document archives. This causes the school finances to have difficulty in the data search process and there is often damage or loss of archives. This causes the processes related to student financial administration not to run optimally. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a system that can quickly monitor administrative information that can provide feedback in real time when the program is carrying out its functions so as to simplify and accelerate the performance of financial (administrative) staff in managing and serving as well as circulating related information. student administration payments. To overcome these problems, the authors propose to design and build applications that support the database system so that the processing of student financial administration is more effective and efficient. This system is designed and built using the Waterfall method with PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS programming languages and database storage in MySQL. The results of this study are an online-based system that can process data searches, provide complete, fast, accurate, and facilitate access to data and information related to the process of paying student administration fees such as student data collection, school fee payment transactions, letters of reprimand and reporting system.
