Abstract
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN FIBERGLASS BERBASIS WEB Abel Fikri Irwansyah Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Sains &Teknologi Informasi Universitas Teknologi Yogykarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : Abelirwansyah4@gmail.com ABSTRACT Lowo Ireng is a company that runs a business in the sale and production of fiberglass. Lowo Ireng is located on Jl. Samas km 1.4 Gebangan, Palbapang, Bantul District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. In the business process, they still use conventional systems, where business processes are still running manually, such as ordering goods using phone calls or short messages, so employees do not know for sure about prices, product brands and others, and employees must first check to ensure that the goods ordered whether the stock is still available or not. The preparation of the final report will also take time because it still uses manual recording in the form of bookkeeping, so it is felt that this has not been effective in improving the quality of service and business. Furthermore, Lowo ireng is also still less well known among the public. For this reason, Lowo Ireng must have the right strategy in order to improve the quality of its operational systems such as goods ordering services. The inputted data is in the form of goods purchase data, and goods ordering data, while the output produced by this information system is in the form of goods purchase data reports, goods ordering data and goods sales transaction data. This information system for buying and selling goods can be a solution that can be used to make it easier for sellers to process data on sales of goods, and make reports on goods data, order data reports, and reports on sales of goods, quickly and efficiently.
