Abstract
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PEMETAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN TANAH (Studi Kasus: Balai Desa Piji, Kec. Bagelen, Kab. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: ririnanviani@gmail.com ABSTRACT The background of recording data and land maps that still use separate bookkeeping allows data loss due to natural disasters, obsolete data, and termites. In addition, it requires more space in data storage because Piji Village consists of 15 blocks of land. So far, people cannot see maps of land ownership and use at any time. In submitting an application or changing data on land, one must come to the Piji village hall to take care of it. A web-based geographic information system for mapping and land use assists the Village Secretary in managing land data in Piji Village. With the new system, people can submit requests, change data, and view land maps at any time which can be accessed online. Keywords: Map, Soil, Geographic Information System.
