Abstract

Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : zulfahmi1729@gmail.com@gmail.com Email : suhirman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Jogja Guitar Shop is one of the guitar sales centers which already has 3 stores. The ordering system at Jogja Guitar Shop is done by calling a telephone number. Customers who are in the DIY area can do this by coming directly to the shop. For customers who are outside the DIY area, it takes approximately 2x24 hours of service time by making an agreement from both parties. In the ordering process, problems are often found by customers who are outside the DIY area because the time required will be more so that the order process is less effective and efficient coupled with the payment process, which is done by transferring to a bank account that has been provided then showing proof transfer via the WhatsApp application. This of course makes the order and payment process not optimal. The solution suggested by the researcher is to create an order information system with the implementation of a payment gateway as a payment medium at the Jogja Guitar Shop with the aim of simplifying and accelerating the time of ordering and payment. In making the system, the tool used to describe the system model uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The physical design of this sales information system uses the PHP programming language, Mysql database and CodeIgniter framework. This information system is equipped with an online payment system that is integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway service provider. The result of this system is that it is able to assist in systematic computerized ordering and payments so that the transaction process becomes faster, easier and more practical at Jogja Guitar Shop.
