Abstract
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN OBAT DAN PENJUALAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FIFO (Studi Kasus : Apotek Setya Medika Sleman) Mukhamad Arief Wicaksono Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogykarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : arif22.aw@gmail.com ABSTRACT Apotek Setya Medika Sleman is engaged in the pharmaceutical sector as a drug provider. The business processes carried out in pharmacies are purchasing drugs to suppliers and selling drugs to customers. The current system has several shortcomings and weaknesses, so it has not been able to support all the needs of pharmacies and causes the performance of pharmacies to be hampered. Apotek Setya Medika Sleman requires a sales information system and drug supply to support all pharmacy needs. The method used to process drug sales in the proposed system is First In First Out (FIFO) where the drug data that is first entered is the data that will come out first to be processed into sales data which refers to the expiration date of the drug. The software used in this system is the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Visual Studio Code to process programming languages. The design and development of the system uses the waterfall method. Based on the results of the implementation, the system can make it easier for pharmacists who manage pharmacies and assistant pharmacists to administer data such as drug data, class, unit, user, supplier, customer, purchase, sale, sales return and stock taking. With computerized data management, it can make it easier to find the data needed and make it easier in the process of making reports so that it can support all the needs needed by pharmacies.
