Abstract
ABSTRACT Motorbikes are the most widely used private and public mode of transportation in Indonesia. According to data from Polda Metro Jaya, the increasing number of motorized vehicles has also been accompanied by an increase in cases of crimes that have attacked motorized vehicle users. The cases that usually occur in motorcyclists are cases of begging. Motorcycle theft cases are still very frequent, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems in the vehicle. In general, motorbikes are only equipped with security in the form of a double lock, and a more security system is needed for motorized vehicles to prevent the case of vehicle theft from happening again. The development of the existing motorcycle security system uses a mechanical system and an electrical system. Systems that use vibration sensors work by detecting vibrations when a motorcycle vibrates or is carried by a thief. When the sensor detects a vibration, it sends a signal to the alarm so that the horn will sound. Meanwhile, the keyless system uses a remote to start the vehicle without a key. If the remote is on a motorcycle, the starter button can be turned on, but if the remote is far from the bicycle, the starter will not start. Current technologies have the same drawback, namely, if the vehicle is carried by a thief, the stolen vehicle cannot be found, making it difficult for the owner and the police to find the vehicle. The current alarm system in vehicles can indeed prevent the theft of motorbikes, but the alarms on these vehicles can make the thief run away, so that the thief cannot be caught. Thus, a system of safety prototypes and motor starters with Telegram-based fingerprint and GPS is needed. There are six components in this system, namely the fingerprint sensor, Arduino, relay, U-block GPS module and smartphone which will later be used in the process of requesting and receiving data. The first process Arduino Uno gets input from the finger print sensor. Later the microcontroller will receive the first initialization to turn on the relay. Then when the user re-attaches his fingerprint, the microcontroller will process it into an output on the relay to turn on the second relay. When the user presses the fingerprint sensor again, the two relays will turn off again. Later in each initialization, the user will get a notification in the form of a message on the Telegram application. The second process, when the user wants to request the presence of a vehicle they are required to send messages to the Telegram application. Later Bots Telegram will send a message back in the form of the coordinates of the vehicle at this time. Keywords: Fingerprint Sensor, Arduino, Relay, U-Blok GPS Module and Smartphone.
