Abstract

ABSTRACT Fungi are plants that have nuclei, spores, and do not have chlorophyll in the form of branched cells or threads. Mushrooms have various types, one of which is the white oyster mushroom (Pleurotos ostreatus). White oyster mushroom (Pleurotos ostreatus) is known to have a delicious taste and contain nutrients that are quite large for human health benefits. The nutrients in oyster mushrooms are protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, vitamins and minerals. This research will design a system that can optimize the growth of oyster mushrooms by considering the conditions of temperature and humidity. The method used is fuzzy Mamdani to adjust the fan speed. Based on the results of system testing, it can be concluded that the oyster mushroom growth optimization system using DHT11 sensors, DC pumps, and sprayers can work well. Mushrooms with Mamdani fuzzy control are able to stabilize temperature and humidity according to the optimal conditions required with a temperature limit of 26°C - 29°C and humidity 80% - 88%. The average value of temperature error is 3.05%, the average value of humidity error is 1.07%, and the average value of system error on Matlab results is 0.13%. .
