Abstract
JOB VACANCY INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE REGION OF THE EX - PEKALONGAN RESIDENCE WEB-BASED AKBAR SUTRIONO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor, Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: akbars1905@gmail.com ABSTRACT The development of information technology makes people use it in various fields, one of which is job vacancies using a web-based application. A web-based system can help disseminate job vacancy information, convey information, or in other words, act as a bridge between the parties concerned in the job field. In making a web-based job vacancy information system built using the PHP programming language, using the CodeIgniter framework, and PhpMyAdmin as tools to assist data processing. It is hoped that this system can simplify for prospective workers to find information on job vacancies, details of the job vacancies themselves and make the registration process more manageable. In addition to prospective workers, this system is expected to facilitate companies that provide job vacancies to carry out the recruitment process for employees according to the specified specifications.
