Abstract
MOHAMMAD NUGROHO TRI RAHARJO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ring road St., Jombor, Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: raharjonugroho007@gmail.com ABSTRACT The point of sale (pos) information system is an information system designed with needs and can be integrated with various supporting tools to help speed up the transaction process. For large and medium-sized companies engaged in trading, in general, they will use the point of sale (post) system to support their business activities. 34 Patisserie is a trade business engaged in the culinary field, where the problems that occur at 34 Patisserie do not yet have a system that can simplify the transaction process. The existing system is still conventional, using a regular notebook, bread ordering process until the receipt of payment is still using manual notes. 34 Patisserie requires a computerized system from these problems so that transaction activities are no longer carried out by manual recording and make performance more effective. In addition, the data storage process is stored in the database to help the performance of sales transactions. The result of this research is that the point of sale application made is expected to support the existing performance in 34 Patisserie. Keywords: Design, Point Of Sale Application, Sales
