Abstract
FAIZOL AZIZI Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email faizolazizi95@gmail.com ABSTRACT RG Tenda is a tent rental company and party equipment. Currently, the transaction data for the tent rental is done manually, so it is vulnerable to the risk of losing important data and resulting in a slow phase for service response. From these problems, the authors offer an automated information system solution for data management. This RG TENDA Tent Rental Management System and Party Tools provide information about data management for tent rental and others. This system is made to improve the tent rental data processing performance quickly, efficiently and effectively for administrators and employees of RG TENDA. This management information system is built using HTML, PHP, javascript, and CSS as programming languages and MySQL for database management. The software development methodology used in this system is the waterfall methodology. Based on the results of user trials, it can be concluded that the Tent Rental Management System at RG Tenda is beneficial and will significantly assist the performance of the tent rental company in the future.
