Abstract
ARIF DIANTO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: arifdianto093@gmail.com ABSTRACT Koperasi Sawit Bangkit is one of the corporations engaged in oil palm plantations in Seruyan Tengah, Kabupaten Seruyan, Kalimantan Tengah province. The cooperative was established in 1996 until now has ± 1,600 acres of land and has quite many cooperative members. This responsibility requires the Koperasi Sawit Bangkit to improve working time efficiency, the authenticity of financial data, and more data security. Recording transactions on paper carries a high risk of data loss and damage. Previous research has created a computerized employee payroll information system. This research produces a system that can accommodate existing transactions in the Koperasi Sawit Bangkit. These transactions include daily reports, employee payroll, and savings and loans. The addition of the log activity feature provides an internal control for the management of the Sawit Bangkit cooperative so that it makes the audit process easier when something goes wrong, whether accidental or unintentional. It is because all activities carried out on the system will be stored in a log that the cooperative management can easily access and easily understand.
