Abstract
FALAH ASLAM Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: falahtomblo@gmail.com ABSTRACT The rapid development of information technology now plays an essential role in all activities to support performance for various agencies effectively and efficiently. Purna Farma Pharmacy is one of the agencies engaged in health, namely drug providers and general practitioner practices. Purna Farma Pharmacy is responsible for procuring, ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, recording, and reporting drug supplies. The activities series of drug data processing for health services at Purna Farma Pharmacy starts from drug ordering, drug data collection, drug expenditure to recording and reporting. Purna Farma Pharmacy currently still uses the method of recording drug supplies manually or in bookkeeping. A web-based drug supply system will be built using the waterfall method, with stages namely needs analysis, system design, program code writing, and program implementation to facilitate the recording and reporting of drug supplies. This drug supply system is a system that can help pharmacists when recording drug data, incoming drug data, outgoing drug data, and reports to further improve the effectiveness of work at Purna Farma Pharmacy in providing services to patients.
