Abstract
FERDYAWAN LISTANTO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: ferdylucker@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to bring together buyers and sellers with the ease of ordering. The subjects of this study were the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta who wanted to order catering for a particular need. This catering ordering application implements a payment system using a payment gateway and adds a chatbot feature to the user page. This payment gateway system was chosen because, in execution, it can make transactions easier for buyers and a chatbot feature that makes it easy to get information related to the catering ordering application system. Customer data management effectively and efficiently avoids the maximum allocation of unique resources using the Google Oauth API authentication method when the customer performs account activation. The business process in this system is depicted in the form of an activity diagram describing the various activity flows in the system being developed, how each flow starts, decisions that may occur, and how the business process or system ends. It makes this system using the programming language Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and using the MySQL database.
