Abstract
NURJUMIATI Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: nurjumiati0108@gmail.com ABSTRACT White Paper Creative Studio is an agency engaged in the craft that uses several materials ranging from acrylic, triplex, MDF, HMR, vinyl, mounting paper, and wood. In addition, this agency is engaged in laser cutting, which is located on Jalan Kabupaten No.108, Kec. Gamping, Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. This agency has several media for enlargement and buying and selling in supporting business activities, accepting online orders via Shopee, Tokopedia, Whatsapp, and Instagram to potential buyers. Besides selling products online, this Creative Studio White Paper also makes sales by coming in person to the location. However, based on interviews and observations, it is still not supported by excellent and efficient facilities in terms of ordering and selling directly in this agency. Usually, the conventional sales system only uses books for recording sales data and notes that officers handwrite. As a result, the clerk's error recording sales always occurs when many consumers come simultaneously, even though the existence of a system affects various aspects, including aspects of sales. It is an obstacle, and stressful that slows down performance in business activities. Therefore, it is necessary to have a forum that can support business activities on Creative Studio White Paper. This study designed a point of sale application that can help the sales data accuracy based on these problems. The data processed in this system are stock data, sales data, and report data. This system uses several programming languages , HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap, and uses the MySQL database. With this system, it is hoped to help Creative Studio White Paper officers manage sales data more efficiently and accurately. This research is developing a cashier information system in the Creative Studio White Paper to make sales, stockpiles, and generate transaction reports.
