Abstract
RIZQI AFRIANSYAH Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: kikiafriansyah67@gmail.com ABSTRACT Data mining is the mining of information by looking for specific patterns or rules from a large amount of data. The rapid growth of data accumulation has created conditions for data-rich but imperfect information. Therefore, data mining is needed to extract information from large amounts of data to be used as new, helpful information. For example, a priori algorithm technique to find information on the relationship pattern between books that library visitors often borrow. Thus, it can provide recommendations for book arrangement according to the level of support and confidence and can be used as a reference for the procurement of new books according to book topics that library visitors often borrow.
