Abstract
MUHAMMAD HENDRY N Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: Bramismet70@gmail.com ABSTRACT Selection of the best employees has an assessment aspect of the criteria and weights determined by an agency. A large number of employees means that the selection process often takes more time to determine the best employee. The selection process manually sometimes still finds errors and does not cover human errors, resulting in one that is wrong to determine the best candidate for the employee. Therefore, in this final project, a decision support system was built to determine the best employees using the SAW (Simple additive weighting) method. It is hoped that it will make it easier for the agency to get recommendations for the best prospective employees by considering the criteria and weight of the agency. System testing is done by comparing manual and system calculations. System testing was carried out with 239 data obtained. Then it is calculated using the SAW method to get the final score and score to determine the best employee. Keywords: Best employee, Decision Support System, SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method.
