Abstract
SLAMET IKWAN Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: slamet.ikwan1922@gmail.com ABSTRACT Batik "Lutfi Collection" is a business engaged in clothing, especially batik. Currently, the sale service process of Batik "Lum Collection" takes a long time when there are many buyers, so that it can affect the quality of customer service. Then the sale recapping process of Batik "Lutfi Collection " only uses a copy of the note from the sale that has occurred and is vulnerable to damage in the future, such as faded writing on the copy of the sale note. Based on this, a point of sale (POS) system is needed to facilitate customer service transactions and has a more structured sale data summary. The system to be built can do some things such as input item code using a barcode scanner tool or application, performing add, editing, and deleting operation.' on product data, compile sale reports, with daily, weekly, and even annual periods and compile reports on available product stock. Point of sale system can be implemented using MySQL and PHP. Keywords: Batik, Php, Point Of Sale
