Abstract
SHALEH EFRI WIDHABDYO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: efriwidhabdyo@gmail.com ABSTRACT School financial administration is one of the essential parts of a school institution. School financial administration functions to carry out teaching and learning process activities in an educational institution; in general, the source of school education costs can come from the parents of students. The school financial administration system that is carried out manually will complicate the school financial administration process. It is also less easy for parents of students or students to process payments and knows the details of school financial payments. The principal is also challenging to control the state of school administration, head of administration. It is also less easy to make school financial reports because they have to do manual school financial bookkeeping, which is not directly integrated with the payment process. Therefore an application system is needed that can help manage school finances in detail, quickly, efficiently and in detail. Researchers have the idea of creating an android based school financial administration application system using the MySQL database, which can be used to manage financial administration.
