Abstract

FANNY VEGA VARIANT Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: fannyvegavariant@gmail.com ABSTRACT In social life, we will undoubtedly carry out communication. It is the basis of life for establishing relationships with other people. However, some people are born with difficulties communicating, interacting, and responding to interactions from other people caused by various disorders that occur from birth. One such disorder is called Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a disorder in children's growth with the appearance of repetitive, purposeless behaviors. Unfortunately, there are still quite many parents who are not aware that their children are autistic. Therefore, by knowing from an early age, the people around children with autism can give special attention and support to their behavior. This study aimed to determine the level of accuracy of the algorithm naïve Bayes in detecting symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The algorithm test results test show an accuracy of 97,7% and a precision of 100%, a recall of 95,6%, and an F1-score of 97,7%. Keywords: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Naïve Bayes, Classification
