Abstract

FAKHRI FADHLAN DANTIANO Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: fakhrifadhlan14@gmail.com ABSTRACT The more crowded industrial or educational areas do not recede, and property businesses such as boarding houses present in those areas to find intelligent ways to increase finances. At the boarding house itself, payment is the essential thing for creating a transaction between tenants and property owners or managers, but payments often have limited time and space because they did not have in the right moment, the limit caused any estimated time and place to use in order to make the transaction to be a failure. Likewise, the record of transactions is still in the form of pen on paper, and there is no digitalization backup to prevent unwanted damage. From other alternatives, making the system is an advantageous way to solve the problems summarized into one by creating a boarding payment system to implement a payment gateway and website-based live chat service. It has succeeded in this problem with only one system that provides online payment feature services of various e-wallets, mobile banking, ATMs, and nearby retail stores. In addition, to payments that have been built in one direction, financial records have been created by digital data for protection from any damage. The system results received a positive response from the users of Kost Biru for the expected system functionality. Keyword: Boarding House, Payment Gateway, Live chat, Website
