Abstract
Muhamad Eman Sulaeman Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: muhamad.eman8@gmail.com ABSTRACT The payment system of tuition fees will trigger the performance of an educational institution, especially for the better. However, processing data on payment of education costs such as SPP, Annual, and Development costs in MA Miftahunnajah Sleman to date still uses a payment system that has not been integrated with the database, and the presentation of education fee payment data is still an obstacle. A common problem is collecting old payment data, so the presentation of financial statements becomes inefficient and effective. Then another problem is the lack of information provided about the bill of tuition fees to students. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience at the time of data processing, such as student data, payment transaction data, payment arrears data, and et cetera. System development methodology uses Waterfall methodology, which has several stages, namely Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration, Operation, and Maintenance. Then for payment transactions, this system will be integrated into one of the payment gateway payment methods, namely Midtrans. Based on the implementation results, this application can help the MA Miftahunnajah Sleman manage the payment data of tuition fees and help students make payments quickly and see the payment bill.
