Abstract
IPUNG FACHRIZAL Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: ipung.fachrizal@gmail.com ABSTRACT One of the problems pregnant women face is a lack of awareness and knowledge of complaints or symptoms of illness that may be felt to endanger pregnant women and their babies. Based on this problem, an expert system is proposed to help pregnant women diagnose diseases during pregnancy based on the symptoms felt by pregnant women using the Certainty Factor (CF) method on a web basis so that the system can be accessed anywhere anytime. There are as many as 6 data on the types of diseases often experienced in the expert system application and may be dangerous for pregnant women. The expert system is made with the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL as the database server. The results of the research that has been done, researchers have succeeded in creating an expert system that can diagnose diseases in pregnant women properly and has an accuracy rate of 94,2 %.
