Abstract

S.Kom., M.Cs.2 Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : mywicaksonoo@gmail.com1, sri.wulandari@staff.uty.ac.id2 ABSTRACT Grha Petcare is a veterinary clinic that handles medicine and cares for animals, especially pets. Grha Petcare serves examination and treatment both in the clinic and from house to house (Homecare). These home care services had difficulties, such as complex scheduling patients and choosing a stand-by doctor to deliver this service. With the development of information technology and helping Grha Petcare Veterinary Clinic for scheduling home care, the author created a Web-based Grha Petcare Veterinary Clinic Home Care Reservation System to assist doctors in dealing with these problems. In designing the system, the author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The test results that have been carried out using the black box testing method will compile 44 scenarios that have obtained valid results; this system can run well by providing appropriate displays for each order, and during the input, update and delete data processes, so that can make it easier for customers and admins to use this system. In creating this system, the system can make online transactions of home care vet reservation and the payment process work well. Keyword: Technology, Reservation, Veterinary Clinic, Homecare
