Abstract

It is complicated for the many coach ball players to determine the best player suitable for tournament matches. This research was made to determine the best player in the PSGR team to rank all soccer players in the PSGR team by providing an assessment based on criteria determined by the coach and team management. Providing an assessment to find the best player in the team is also a way to motivate footballers to develop and maintain quality to better play and maintain their condition. The research method uses the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) method. The results show that the selection and assessment decision support system for soccer players at PSGR. The team's best soccer player results are based on the criteria used, the set value for each criterion, and the rules that have been set. Research and testing on case studies of the best soccer players in the PSGR team determine the best player in the team with the player's performance in a match and training using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The assessment results of the Tsukamoto fuzzy method produce the best player score with a value of 1.7 in the first place occupied by Milan. So the Tsukamoto fuzzy inference system can be implemented as a decision support system in the best PSGR team players. Of course, by constructing the criteria, set, and set value limits for each criterion and the suitable rule base so that the final value issued is valid in the range 0-2.
