Abstract
Tutoring and Learning (ALPHA) has a number of programs and services that are carried out by someone who has more ability in many things to be given to others which aims to enable other people to find knowledge that they do not have. Among them are Tutoring Package A (equivalent to elementary school), package B (equivalent to junior high school), and package C (equivalent to high school), Various problems that arise in the ALPHA tutoring center include data management activities such as managing the registration of guidance participants, determining the guidance schedule, learner information, teacher information. The data collection is still in the form of excel and ledgers so that employees have difficulty in finding data when the data will be reused. with the increase in the volume of data that must be managed by the Institution and the limited number of employees to maintain the data, so that data can be lost and damaged. Therefore, a data management information system is needed to assist and facilitate in solving the problems faced by ALPHA Learning Guidance which can provide more precise, optimal, efficient information and help facilitate the search and manufacture of learning data reports
