Abstract
The internship program is one of the graduation requirements for Yogyakarta University of Technology (UTY) students to complete their studies before writing their final project or thesis. Internships between companies and UTY students gain hands-on experience in the world of work. The internship was held at the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace, Keraton Performance Hall, Kemendungan Kidul Palace, Horse Carriage Museum and Tamansari, Head Office located at Jalan Rotowijayan Blok No 1, Panembahan, Keraton District, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The internship as a tour guide at the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace lasts for 1 month starting from March 9 to April 9, 2021. The assignment of the internship is to carry out theoretical learning about the Keraton Pagelaran accompanied by assistance to gain experience in the field, guide and inform foreign tourists about the Yogyakarta Palace complex.
