Abstract
Nurani Petcare is one of the veterinary clinics located in the Yogyakarta area, which is more precisely located at Kronggahan Village 1 RT/RW 04/02, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Conscience Petcare usually provides inspection and care for pets. In handling examinations and treatments, of course it takes a lot of data recording, but Conscience Petcare still uses a system with manual recording and has not used a digitalized system, thus allowing errors in sharing information to patient owners. It also makes the transaction process less efficient and the information shared becomes less accurate. Therefore, to minimize these errors, a good system is needed. This system is made using the programming language Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP, Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Koltin and uses a MySQL database.
