Abstract
Coffee Shop is one type of business in the culinary field that is in great demand by visitors. Currently the Coffee Shop is a place to hang out, meet friends, and do assignments. This happens because the Coffee Shop is a place with an atmosphere that is suitable for all ages. The problem that often occurs in most Coffee Shops is a financial transaction system that has not utilized a digital cash register system but only a drawer machine. This research has succeeded in implementing an Android-based cashier application to help process sales transactions and can recapitulate transaction data reports at the Two Way Coffee Shop which is the place for the author's case study. The implementation of the cashier application with Point Of Sales (POS) technology uses Flutter with the Dart programming language and is supported by Firebase as a cloud database data storage. The features of this cashier application are managing product items, collecting data on items sold, giving discounts on product items, managing sales reports and managing product categories. In addition, this system has also been successfully connected to a cash register that utilizes Bluetooth technology to print purchase receipts. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of an Android-based cashier system can be implemented properly and with the receipt printing features, transaction reports, and transaction management can be operated properly as well. For this reason, this Android-based cashier system can be used as an update to the cashier system in the Two Way Coffee Shop.
