Abstract
This report describes the systems and procedures for the preparation of the budget in the BAPPEDA of Bantul Regency. The purpose of writing this report is to show the stages in the preparation of cash income and expenditure budgets that occur in BAPPEDA Bantul Regency. Starting from the preparation of the budget, the preparation of the budget draft to the approval of the budget draft. This report also describes the system used to prepare the cash budget.
