Abstract
This study aims to find out how the budgeting process in the management of regional finances and the contribution of regional original income to the regional revenue and expenditure budget is. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Pati Regency. The data used is the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and its Realization in 2018-2019. After conducting the analysis, the results of the study show that (1) Budgeting in Regional Financial Management consists of the following processes: planning, implementation, administration, and accountability (2) Contribution of Regional Original Revenue to the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget shows that the contribution has decreased by 0.005% from 2018 -2019, where the contribution of regional original income in 2018 was 0.066% while in 2019 it had a contribution of 0.061%.
