Abstract
The local government accounting system includes four (4) accounting procedures, one of which is cash disbursement accounting procedures. Cash Disbursements Inventory is one of the sub-systems in cash disbursements accounting. According to Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019, regional financial management is an entire activity that includes planning, budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision of regional finances. This study aims to determine the administration of Money Supply (UP) at the Bantul District Health Office starting from the procedure for submitting Money Supply (UP) and preparation of Accountability Letters (SPJ). Based on observations, the administration carried out has been effective and is in accordance with Bantul Regent Regulation Number 102 of 2016 which includes related functions, documents used and their implementation.
