Abstract
This study aims to determine the Procedure for Preparation and Implementation of the Expenditure Budget at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) Cilacap Regency. The procedures carried out include the preparation of a strategic plan made every 5 (five) years, the preparation of a work plan document for each year, the preparation of the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) document and the preparation of the Budget Implementation Document (DPA). According to the results of observations and discussions, the preparation of the expenditure budget at BPPKAD Cilacap Regency is in accordance with the procedures applied and is in accordance with the Analysis of Expenditure Standards (ASB) as a standard for analyzing the budget used in a program cost in work units in 1 (one) year budget.
