Abstract

Writing this final project aims to determine the accounting procedures for the procurement of office stationery at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bantul Regency. The process of procuring office stationery at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency is divided into two methods, namely direct procurement with a value of 10-200 million rupiah and direct expenditure with a value below 10 million rupiah. The procurement process for office stationery with direct procurement methods is carried out by several parties such as Budget Users, Commitment Making Officers, Procurement Officers, Goods Providers, Recipients of Work Results, Equipment Section, Planning and Finance Sub-Section, Paying Order Signing Officials, and Treasury Service Offices. The state uses special documents, while the process of procuring office stationery with the direct shopping method is carried out without using special documents and is carried out by employees who need the goods. The author adds a flow chart in this writing, in order to make it easier for readers to understand the procedure to be carried out. Overall, the procurement process for office stationery at the Bantul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has been going well and according to procedures. This is evidenced by the division of tasks and each section carries out its duties and obligations in accordance with the tasks that have been determined for each of these sections. However, there are still some things that need to be improved, such as the lack of monitoring of the procurement process on a regular basis.
