Abstract
This report describes the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Issuance of Orders for Disbursement of Funds (SP2D) at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The SP2D Issuance Service Procedure consists of the SP2D Issuance Service Procedure for Additional Supply Money (TU) and the SP2D Issuance Service Procedure for Replacement of Inventory Money (GU). The procedure for issuing SP2D TU and SP2D GU services at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sleman Regency consists of receiving a Payment Order (SPM), examining the completeness of the SPM and other supporting documents, issuing SP2D, submitting SP2D to the bank, verifying the disbursement of SP2D, until the SP2D is submitted to the bank. Budget User, Expenditure Treasurer and BUD Authorization.
