Abstract
This final project discusses the systems and procedures for the preparation and allocation of the budget at the National Unity and Political Agency of Sleman Regency. The purpose of writing this final project is to show the stages in the preparation of the budget and budget allocation that occurs in the National Unity and Political Agency of Sleman Regency. The method used to collect data is the interview method. The research results obtained include: the parties involved, the documents used, procedures and flowcharts in the preparation of the budget, as well as the allocation of the use of the budget.
