Abstract
Cooperatives as financial institutions have procedures for providing credit to customers who wish to apply for credit. The credit granting procedure implemented aims to simplify the credit application process for customers, as well as provide clear guidelines on the terms of credit application. The purpose of writing this work practice report is to create a flowchart based on the procedure for granting credit to the Indonesian Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) Wiwara City of Yogyakarta. This is very much needed to simplify the series of procedures in order to facilitate customer understanding of the information on the lending procedure.
