Abstract
This study aims to determine the procedures for the PNBP acceptance system for training services at the BLU PPSDM Migas unit. The procedure for receiving PNBP for training services is said to be good and in accordance with SOP number 304/SOP-AP/BPM UK/2019 because in the recapitulation and recording process the receipts have been collected and recorded for each type of service which becomes more effective when preparing financial reports. This study uses interviews, field practice, literacy and analysis. It is known that the recording of PNBP receipts still uses Ms. Excel and data are stored as electronic data but can be implemented properly and precisely. For related functions, accounting records, documents and procedures are appropriate. Because a good and appropriate PNBP receipt system procedure is applied, it can prevent misuse of funds and the resulting financial reports can be used wisely and properly.
