Abstract

Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : kumalasaricandana@gmail.com ABSTRACT SMP Negeri 3 Godean is a junior high school located in Yogyakarta whose learning still uses face-to-face both for the learning process and delivery of material. The learning process can only be carried out on the condition that a meeting between the teacher and students occurs in the classroom, if the teacher concerned is unable to attend, the learning process will be hampered. Schools have not optimized the use of the internet for teaching and learning processes outside of school. Various new concepts have been developed to support the teaching and learning process to make it easier for students and teachers and not only rely on learning methods in the classroom. One of the methods currently being developed is an e-learning information system. E-learning can help teachers to deliver material to students without having to be in the classroom and can maximize the time of teaching and learning activities by using internet services. The system to be built is an e-learning information system that can be used to assist the teaching and learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Godean. In addition, e-learning information systems can provide materials, download materials, give assignments, answer questions given, and so on.
