Abstract
DEVELOPMENT OF GOODS INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE MOVING AVERAGE METHOD (Case Study: TB. Amanah) Kirana Larasati Bayu Putri, Rianto Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : larasatik827@gmail.com, rianto@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Information technology currently plays an important role in a company to help its business processes. Toko Bangunan (TB) Amanah is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. The transaction process for incoming and outgoing goods at TB Amanah must be designed properly so as not to cause errors that could disrupt its business processes. Stock management is one of the important points in the business process at TB Amanah which must be strictly controlled. This is what underlies this research using the Moving Average method for stock management. The result of the research is a stock management information system which was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. The information system developed is expected to help improve service quality with controlled stock management and transactions. Keywords: moving average, stock, transaction
