Abstract
ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR WEB-BASED FRANCHISE BUSINESS (Case Study : CV. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : anggitsetia3@gmail.com, murti.retnowo@staff.uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT CV. Asta Gina Karya is a line of business that provides various Franchise businesses. Over time, CV. Asta Gina Karya experienced significant development. This development demands a means to accelerate performance and simplify the transaction process in the franchise. The transaction mechanism used by CV. Asta Gina Karya is currently purchasing a cash register application, where the features used by the application are not in accordance with what the company expects. The application system used is ineffective and the information obtained is not fast. This cash register is considered no longer sufficient because the cash register system can only record/count transactions. Then CV. Asta Gina Karya requires an enterprise resource planning information system that can access various kinds of sales anytime and anywhere. Enterprise resource planning is a software that integrates and automates business processes related to the operations, production and distribution aspects of the company. Enterprise resource planning that is made will help franchisors and franchisees to manage income, product data, supplier data, employee management and financial reports. In this research, an enterprise resource planning information system will be built for a web-based franchise business using the waterfall method starting from the requirements analysis stage, system design, system creation, system testing, and system implementation. The results obtained after testing the system using the black box method are not found failures in each process in each functional. Thus the system can handle the data properly as expected.
